Needle Book

Cici from Sweden offered this little needle book pattern to the Stitcher’s Angels on Helens blog. I liked the one Cici made and decided to try to make one. I think it turned out very nicely, if I do say so myself. It is only about 2 1/2 inches wide, but it took quite a bit of time to make. I stitched all the writing on it and that is what took the longest. Would have used permanent marker, but mine were all dried out.

Now you are really out-doing yourself. That is just too cute. It would make a great Christmas present for a sister that sews. She would want one that was just a little bit bigger though. Some people are have pincushions their sister made for them and are having a hard time keeping track of favorite needles. K

A very pretty needle case - somehow I missed seeing that one on Helen's blog.

It turned out lovely, Lilly. Sometimes these little projects take up more time than the larger ones.

I think you did a very nice job. Really cute and very nice detail. Something I would like to make sometime.

Hi Lilly,
Sometimes the smallest things take me longer to make. Yours turned out great, I like the handstitching.
