I just wanted to see if I could do hexagons this small, and the answer is yes! The hexagons are .25 inches. I english paper pieced these!! After I sewed the hexagons together I appliqued it on to a 5 inch charm square. I can't decide if I want to make a picushion with it, or do three more and make an itsy, bitsy quilt.

I'd be tempted to make 3 more and make a little quilt! They look fabulous!
I´m impressed Lilly. Great job - just keep on and make a mini quilt!
Darling, darling! Even fussy cut the flowers! Great job. I would vote pincushion...that would be adorable.
OMG this is amazing.........well done...........
Wow! Lilly, these look great. I thought how beautiful it looked then read that they are quarter inch and all on a charm square. I think my eyes bugged out. LOL I think my fingers are too big and clumsy to make something this small. A teeny tiny quilt would be so cute made from these. Winona
Wow, Lilly! I'm impressed that you were able to work with such small hexagons. I doubt that I have the patience to do that. It turned out fabulous and I love the fussy cut flower hexies too!
Aloha!
Ow, wow, this is so cute! And you have done a fabulous job on those tiny tiny pieces!
Very impressed, love the colors. My birthday is in september! I think you could make me a kingsize quilt out of those. Hurry, hurry!
Fabulous and such tiny tulips, must be a vintage fabric. Either a pincushion or mini would be great but if you are really challenged, could do both. Happy Stitching!!!
Holy smokes!!! .25 inches!?!?! Wow! I am impressed Lilly!!! I don't think I could work with such small pieces!!! Nope! Now way! No how!
Very nicely done! If you enjoyed doing this one, then go for 3 others to make a little quilt! 8-)
Happy stitchings!
Absolutely amazing...beautiful work...make a mini quilt...too nice to stick pins in!
Oh my goodness, are you insane! Beautiful work.
Incredible but definitely not suitable for heavy duty washing. Wow!
oh my ..Lilly-how truly teeny-weeny...what patience you have..and what skillful hands..cheers Vickie
Wow -- that's amazing! I love how you fussy-cut those teeny little flowers!
1/4 "....you must be kidding! Its beautiful, but geez..that's amazing. Please take a picture with your finger beside it...you must have tiny little fingers to sew something that small.
wow!!! This is on my wanna do list, but I think I should try a bit bigger first. I bought some templates recently, I think they are about 3/4 inch side. The fussy cut flowers are a lovely touch. I too have been checking out the inklingo, but haven't read too much yet. You would still need to make a template to sew around wouldn't you?
WOW that's wonderful. I love the little flower design going around.
Wow! You are incredible! What amazing and intricate work you do. Thanks for sharing,
Nicky
WOW ! That is awesome, your either very patient or your insane or maybe just a bit of both...lol...either way I love it...Cheers Michelle.from Oz
Oh Lilly, I love these! A hexagon project is still on my to do list :-).
My gosh Lilly, those are soooooo tiny! I'm sure whatever you do with them will be wonderful. I can't even imagine working with pieces that small, paper or no paper. Hugs, Finn
Hi Lilly
I can't believe that anyone can make hexagons that small. I sure don't have the patience to do it! I am amazed!!!
Hugs, Rhondi
You'll want to add a facebook button to your blog. I just bookmarked this article, although I had to complete it manually. Simply my $.02 :)

Hey, I am checking this blog using the phone and this appears to be kind of odd. Thought you'd wish to know. This is a great write-up nevertheless, did not mess that up.
